We are a Christian organization that believes everyone was created for a purpose and that Jesus died for our sins and desires to have a relationship with you. Our Bible studies are open to those exploring Christianity as well as mature believers (and everything in between).
Where to begin…
Because every area of wellness affects the other, we take a holistic approach to your goals. For example, if your stress is out of control, you may be using “comfort food” and binge-watching TV to deal with life. No nutrition advice or workout in the world is going to help you lose weight until you first deal with the root of the problem. Our Wellness Assessment and your personal coach will help you identify and work on the problem areas at a pace that works for you.
Take a few minutes to complete our Wellness Assessment. It will go directly to one of our coaches who will personally review it and send you the results with some recommendations. You will also receive a link to schedule a free consultation with you coach to discuss your results and help you set goals that are measurable and achievable.
